(Marshalltown) A teen has been taken into custody in connection to a shooting in Marshalltown.
On June 1st, at 1:20 a.m., first responders were sent to Center Street Station Bar after receiving a 911 call about a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim, identified as 41-year-old Ramon Alexis Feliciano Nieves, of Marshalltown, was transported to a medical facility where he died.
18-year-old Victor Antonio Delgadillo, of Marshalltown, was identified as the shooter and remains at large. Delgadillo has active warrants for his arrest for Murder in the First Degree and Harassment in the First Degree. Marshall County Crime Stoppers has put forth a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Delgadillo.
On Tuesday, June 25th, a 15-year-old male was taken into custody and transported to a juvenile detention facility for Accessory After the Fact (Murder) and Possession with Intent to Deliver (Marijuana).
