Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38-year-old Trel Curtis Peterson, of Des Moines, on June 19^th on a warrant for Eluding – Speed 25 mph over the limit – 2^nd or Subsequent Offense. Peterson was held on no bond until District Court.

In other activity, the Sheriff’s Office cited and released 43-year-old Donna Marie Ott, of Des Moines, on June 18^th for Driving While Barred.

The Stuart Police Department arrested 39-year-old Oscar Orlando Villanueva Tabora, of Kansas City, Missouri, on June 17^th for OWI 1^st Offense. He was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
