(Montgomery Co) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46-year-old Justin James Smith, of Council Bluffs, Thursday afternoon on a felony warrant for Violation of Probation. Smith was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $10,000 cash only bond.
