(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office released their arrest report from May 30th through June 19th.
Aaron Macias, 36, of Atlantic, was arrested June 19th on a warrant for Harassment 3rd Degree. Macias was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Dustin Potter, 33, of Council Bluffs, was arrested June 17th for Violation of Probation. Potter was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Benjamin Barnes, 33, of Griswold, was arrested June 17th on a warrant for Sex Offender Registry Violation. Barnes was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Angela Logemann, 46, of Atlantic, was arrested June 16th on the charge of Simple Assault. Logemann was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.
Bradley Haley, 33, of Clarinda, was arrested June 13th on a warrant for Failure to Appear. Haley was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Zachary Frank, 41, of Atlantic, was arrested June 12th on a warrant for Violation of Probation as well as Driving While Barred and Improper Rear Lamps. Frank was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Jackon Sally, 24, of Atlantic, was arrested June 12th on warrants for Violation of Probation. He was additionally charged with Sex Abuse 3rd Degree. Sally was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Samuel Miller, 71, of Atlantic, was arrested June 10th on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd and subsequent. Miller was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Aaron Shamblen, 37, of Council Bluffs, was arrested June 10th on the charges of Driving While Barred, OWI 1st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Shamblen was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Reggie Martin, 65, of Bridgewater, was arrested June 6th on the charge of OWI 1st Offense. Martin was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Robin Grieshaber, 39, of Cumberland, was arrested June 4th on the charges of Drug Trafficking – Methamphetamine, Driving with No Valid Driver’s License and Interference with Official Acts. Grieshaber was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release.
Jacob Johnson, 27, of Atlantic, was arrested June 3rd on the charge of Public Intoxication. Johnson was booked into the Cass County Jail where he remained until his time was served.
Justin Elimo, 23, of Atlantic, was arrested June 2nd on the charge of Public Intoxication. Elimo was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Phillip Germann, 20, of Anita, was arrested May 30th on the charges of OWI 1st Offense and Operating without a Valid Driver’s License. Germann was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
