(Atlantic) Chief Devin Hogue of the Atlantic Police Department has unveiled the latest arrest report from May 20 to June 9. The report encompasses a range of charges in separate cases, including assault, theft, operating while intoxicated (OWI), false reporting, and eluding.
Arrests:
May 20:
- Cody Segebart, 18, of Atlantic, was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
May 22:
- Chipenson Louis, 36, of Atlantic, was charged with Theft 2nd Degree, Operating While Under the Influence, and Interference with Official Acts.
May 23:
- Jeffery Knight, 37, of Atlantic, charged with False Report to Public Entity.
May 25:
- Sabastian Hernandez, 20, of Atlantic, was charged with Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense.
May 29:
- John Vasquez, 20, of Atlantic, was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault, Domestic Abuse Assault Impeding Flow of Air/Blood, and Child Endangerment.
May 31:
- Robert Aguilar, 31, of Atlantic, was charged with Theft 5th (shoplifting) and Theft 3rd.
June 2:
- Resty Helson, 26, of Midvale, UT, was charged with Driving While their License was Denied, Suspended, Cancelled, or Revoked.
- Devin Gardner, 32, of Walnut, was charged with Eluding, Disorderly Conduct, Interference with Official Acts, and Driving While Barred.
June 3:
- German Barios, 24, of Atlantic, was charged with Theft 4th (shoplifting).
June 5:
- Nicole Anaya, 43, of Atlantic, charged with Driving While License Denied or Revoked.
June 7:
- Joseph Reynolds, 41, of Atlantic, was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense.
June 9:
- Atrin Farek, 42, of Atlantic, was charged with Willful Injury and Child Endangerment.
All individuals listed above were apprehended and transported to Cass County Jail for booking.

May 26:
- Xavier Anaya, 18, of Atlantic, cited for Theft 5th (shoplifting).
May 29:
- Shantell Michaels, 18, of Atlantic, cited for Theft 5th (shoplifting).
These individuals were cited in court and subsequently released.
