(Fremont Co) The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office released their arrest report from May 14th through June 4th.
Jay Charles Covert, age 20, of Sidney, was arrested May 14th for Probation Violation. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
Isaac Calvin Hayes, age 37 of Farragut, was arrested May 18th for Public Intoxication, and Interference with Official Acts. He plead guilty and was sentenced to 3 days in jail.
Megan Lynn Rasmussen, age 38, of Randolph, was arrested May 20th for Probation Violation. She was released on her own recognizance.
Patrick Michael Neal, age 59, of Hamburg, was arrested May 22nd for Sexual Abuse 2nd Offense and Lascivious Acts with a Child. He is being held on a $35,000 cash/surety bond.
Isaac Calvin Hayes, age 37, of Farragut, was arrested May 23rd for a Page County Warrant. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond.
Tyler Cash Bain, age 41, of Stuart, Nebraska, was arrested May 23rd for Probation Violation. He is being held on a $50,000 cash only bond.
Michelle Lynn Chapman, age 53, of Thurman, was arrested May 23rd for OWI 1st Offense. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
April Charlene Borys, age 54, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested May 25th for Probation Violation. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
Chad Alan Sjulin, age 52, of Hamburg, was arrested May 26th for OWI 1st Offense. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
Brooke Marie Johnson, age 29, of Shelby, was arrested May 30th for Failure to Appear for three separate Fremont County court cases. She is being held on a $2,000 cash bond and a $10,000 cash/surety bond and a $5,000 cash/surety bond.
Kayla Marie Craig, age 24, of Grove City, Ohio, was arrested May 30th for Probation Violation. She was sentenced to the Residential Correctional Facility.
Chance Wayne Lucas, age 34, of Harlan, was arrested May 30th for Failure to Appear in Court. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond.
Lawrence Dale Buckalew, age 71, of Hamburg, was arrested June 2nd for OWI 1st Offense. Buckalew was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
Christopher Dowvell Clark, age 37, of Arlington, Texas, was arrested June 4th for Public Intoxication. He plead guilty and was released on time served.
