(Creston, IA) – The Creston Police Department reported two arrests and one incident on Monday, June 3rd, and Tuesday, June 4th.
Arrests
On June 3rd at 6:06 p.m., Creston Police arrested 42-year-old Nicholas Allen Foltz of Mount Ayr, at the intersection of Adams and New York Avenue where he was charged with Driving While Revoked. Foltz was taken to the Union County Jail where he was released on a $1,000 cash or surety bond.
On June 4th at 12:14 a.m., Creston Police arrested 20-year-old Jordyn Marie Gonzales of Creston, at the intersection of Montogmery and Adams Street and charged her with an OWI 1st Offense and Contributing to the Delinquency of Minor’s times five accounts. Gonzales was later taken to the Union County Jail where she was released on a $2,500 cash or surety bond.
Incident
On June 4th at 12:50 a.m., Creston Officers were dispatched to the Medicap Pharmacy at 405 South Sumner Avenue due to an alarm going off at the facility. Upon arrival, the officers saw that the building had been burglarized. The estimated loss is at $1,400.
