(Creston) Creston Police arrested four people on alcohol-related charges over the weekend.
On Saturday, Police arrested 42-year-old Nicholas Allen Foltz, of Mount Ayr, at the Creston Union County Law Enforcement Center for OWI 1st Offense and Carrying a Weapon while Intoxicated. Foltz was taken to the Union County Jail, where he was later released on $2000 cash or surety bond.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 21-year-old Destiny Marie Schneider of New York at the intersection of New York and Sumner for OWI 1st Offense. Officers transported Schneider to the Union County Jail and later released her on a $1000 cash or surety bond.
On Sunday, Police arrested 36-year-old Ashley Denise Parrott of Greenfield at Summit and Oak Streets for OWI 1st Offense. Parrott was taken to the Union County Jail and released on $1000 cash or surety bond.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 21-year-old Andrew Fredrick Weis of Creston in the 500 block of N Cherry. Weis was charged with OWI, 2nd Offense. Authorities transported Weis to the Union County Jail, where he was later released on a $2000 cash or surety bond.
