(Texas County, Oklahoma) The wife of a former Griswold Church Youth Minister is Missing.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says on March 30, 2024, the Texas County Sheriff’s Department requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to investigate the suspicious disappearance of 27-year-old Veronica Butler and 39-year-old Jilian Kelley.
According to reports, Jilian Kelley is the wife of Pastor Heath Kelley who previously served as a Youth Minister in Griswold.
The vehicle Butler and Kelley were in was found abandoned near Highway 95 and Road L, south of Elkhart, Kansas, in rural Texas County. Based on information from the victim’s vehicle, Oklahoma State Bureau Investigators believe that there was evidence to indicate foul play. They are still searching for these victims and there are no arrests at this time.
