(Adams Co) An Arkansas man faces multiple charges following an investigation in Adams County, Iowa.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office says after further investigation into an incident that took place on February 9th, 26-year-old Tyler Whaley, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, who was being held in the Adams County Jail on previous charges, was charged with Possession of Stolen Property, Altering or Changing Vin Numbers, Fraudulent Practice, Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree, and Theft 4th Degree.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office also reports the arrest of Devin Lee Heimke, of Corning, for Domestic Abuse 1st Offense, Child Endangerment, and Interference with Official Acts. The arrest stems from a physical domestic investigation that Deputies were called to on February 25th. Heimke was transported to the Adams County Jail where he was booked and held.
Jodi Kae Ritnour, of Corning, was arrested following a traffic stop on March 10th for OWI 1st Offense. Ritnour’s breath alcohol concentration was .203. Ritnour was transported to the Adams County Jail where she was booked and held on $1,000 cash bond.
Kelley Malone, of Corning, was arrested following a traffic stop on March 29th for Driving While Suspended. Upon a search of her vehicle, a methamphetamine pipe and methamphetamine were located. Malone was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Malone was taken to the Adams County Jail and later released.
Wille Michael, of Norco, Louisiana, was arrested following a traffic stop on March 9th for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Cody Robertson, of Creston, was arrested March 18th on four active warrants for Failure to Appear. While being booked into the Adams County Jail, Robertson was arrested on a new charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Robertson later posted bond and was released.
Bryant Adkins, of Creston, was arrested on March 18th for Domestic Abuse Assault Impeding Air/Blow Flow, two counts of Child Endangerment and Harassment 1st Degree. Adkins was held on $20,000 cash or surety bond.
Bayram Osman, of Newton, was arrested March 19th for Harassment 3rd Degree. Osman was released on a promise to appear in court.
Thomas Greenwood was charged on March 20th with OWI 1st. Greenwood is being held in the Adams County Jail and this charge stems from a previous pursuit that occurred on January 31st.
