(Atlantic) Dan Haynes, Executive Director of the Nishna Valley Family YMCA, says preparations are underway for taking over the management of the Sunnyside Pool this summer. The Atlantic City Council adopted a memorandum of understanding with the YMCA on Wednesday night.
Haynes says they are currently looking for a seasonal manager, possibly an assistant seasonal manager, head lifeguard, and lifeguards,
Haynes says a lifeguard class is scheduled for April 24, May 3, May 4, and May 5. These are blended classes, both online and in person.
The lifeguards will start at $15.00 per hour.
Haynes is looking for adult and youth lifeguards to fill these positions. The pool manager position pays $25.00 per hour.
