Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co) A Missouri man was arrested on drug charges in Adair County.

The Stuart Police Department says 39-year-old Jacob Joseph Pratt, of Independence, was arrested following a traffic stop on Interstate 80 on March 10^th. Pratt was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 1^st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1^st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Pratt was held on $2,300 cash or surety.

In other activity, the Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 50-year-old Jason James Masolini, of Stuart, on March 14^th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $5,000.

Dylan Michael Cory, 24, of Stuart, turned himself in to the Sheriff’s Office on March 14^th on a warrant for OWI 1^st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.

The Iowa State Patrol arrested 59-year-old Jon Jefferson Perry, of Fontanelle, for Driving While License Denied or Revoked. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.

Richard Paul Welsch, 24, of Greenfield, was cited and released on March 10^th for OWI 1^st Offense.

Derik Wayne Bud Pickrell, 39, of Fontanelle, was cited and released on March 15^th for Driving While Barred.

Brandie Sue Whitney, 46, of Creston, was cited and released on March 16^th for Driving While Barred.
