(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 24-year-old Jonah Lee Kirsch, of Villisca, this (Wednesday) morning at the intersection of 5th Street and High Street for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug. Kirch was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $1,000 bond.
