(Pottawattamie Co) The Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors approved a resolution repealing the temporary moratorium on new wind and solar energy conversion systems. The moratorium was put in place until the amended ordinance adding Wind Energy and Solar Energy systems was finalized. That amended ordinance was approved on February 27th.

In other action, the Supervisors set April 2nd at 10:00 a.m. for the public hearing on the proposed property tax levy for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2025.
And, the Supervisors approved the contract and bond with Peterson Contractors Inc. for the Dumfries and 240th Street paving projects. The late start date is April 23rd with 140 working days included.
