(Red Oak) Police responded to a motorcycle/SUV crash in Red Oak.
According to the report, the accident happened at 4:15 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 34 and Broadway. Jarrett Maynes of Red Oak, operating a 2006 Honda motorcycle, left the stop sign and headed south. At the same time, a 2024 GMC Yukon driven by Kelly Jean Fort of Stanton left the stop sign and headed east. The Honda and the SUV collided in the intersection.
No one was hurt. Police cited Maynes for Failure to have a Valid Motorcycle License.
The Motorcycle was a total loss. The SUV sustained approximately $4,500 in damage.
