Fremont County Sheriff’s Report

(Fremont Co) A Virginia woman was arrested for Assault with Injury on a Correctional Officer.

The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office says 45-year-old Tasha Denise Beale was in jail for an incident that occurred on January 20^th when she allegedly assaulted a Sheriff’s Office employee, causing minor injury. Beale was released on February 15^th on time served after a plea of guilty.

In other activity, Aimee Kay Wright, 38, of Nebraska City, Nebraska, was arrested on January 26^th for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Wright was released on bond.

Violet Ruth Campbell, 46, of Tarkio, Missouri, was arrested January 27^th for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense. She was released on bond.

Michael Jerry Thorne, 52, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested January 27^th for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense. He was released on bond.

Briana Chyenne Lloyd, 27, of Randolph, was arrested January 30^th for Violation of Probation. She was released on bond.

Joshua Joel Moses, 47, of Clarinda, was arrested February 5^th for Child Endangerment, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine). He was released on bond.

Robert Alan Herzberg, 45, of Bedford, and Samantha Danielle Hull, 34, of Coin, were arrested February 13^th near the intersection of Highway 2 and Bluff Road. Herzberg was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs. Hull was charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Deputies recovered approximately three pounds of suspected marijuana and items that field-tested positive for fentanyl and methamphetamine. Herzberg and Hull were both released on $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Paul Clinten Bolton, 54, of Glenwood, was arrested February 13^th for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 3^rd Offense. He was released after posting $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Clayton Todd Donelson, 50, of Council Bluffs, was arrested February 14^th for OWI 1^st Offense. He was released on a cash bond.

Brett Michael Parrott, 30, of Sidney, was arrested February 14^th for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamine, and two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Parrott was released on $1,000 cash bond.
