(Sioux City) An Iowa woman is being convicted in a voter fraud scheme. A federal jury found Kim Taylor of Sioux City guilty of 52 voter fraud-related charges tied to her husband, Jeremy Taylor’s political campaigns.
The Jury deliberated for nearly six hours. Taylor was found guilty of 26 counts of providing false information in registering and voting, three counts of fraudulent registration, and 23 counts of fraudulent voting.
Jeremy Taylor lost a bid for a Congressional seat in Iowa’s fourth district but won a spot in the Woodbury Board of Supervisors.
Kim Taylor faces five years in prison for each of the 52 counts.
