(Davenport, IA) — A man is shot, and two others are arrested after a verbal argument between two people yesterday. Around 5 a.m., police went to Genesis East Hospital to see a 32-year-old with a minor gunshot wound. Officers then investigated a house on West 70th Street to find 34-year-old Donald Barton and 28-year-old Serena Wiles barricaded inside. After a short standoff, both were arrested and are facing charges. Law enforcement says they are continuing to investigate.
