Camping Spots Quickly Filling for Memorial Day Weekend

By Mandy Billings May 25, 2023 | 1:31 PM

(Anita) Camping spots are quickly dwindling as we approach Memorial Day Weekend, the unofficial kickoff to summer.

Beth Collins is a Natural Resource Technician at Lake Anita State Park.

Collins provides this advice for boaters, campers and visitors…

Collins said the Friends of Lake Anita are hosting movies every Saturday night from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. The first movie this Saturday is Paw Patrol: The Movie.

You can expect sunny skies and temps in the lower 80’s Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
