(Red Oak) On Saturday around 5:36 PM Officers with the Red Oak Police Department conducted a traffic stop near Broadway and Linden Streets in Red Oak. Upon further investigation it determined that 29-year-old Steen Michael Shipley of Omaha, NE had a suspended license through Iowa. Shipley was taken into custody without further incident and taken to the Montgomery County Jail where he is being held on $491.25 bond.
