(Mills Co) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year-old Joseph Earl Smith, of Red Oak, on Wednesday for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving Under Suspension. Bond was set at $600.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year-old Andrew James Arrick, of Glenwood, on Thursday on a warrant for Theft 5th. Bond was set at $300.
