(Atlantic) The Atlantic Police Department is partnering with Walmart to host a Bike Rodeo today.

Chief Hogue also announced that Udderly Delicious and the Kiwanis Club have teamed up to provide certificates for free ice cream cones for kids caught wearing their bike helmets around town.
Meanwhile, the bike rodeo takes place from 9 a.m. to Noon in the parking lot.
