(Iowa) — One media company says Iowa is one of the top ten states in the nation. U.S. News and World Report rates the state highly for its low food insecurity, low income inequality, and affordable housing. Iowa comes in at 7th best in the country. They gave first place to Utah, followed by Washington state and Idaho. The Best States Ranking looks at 8 categories, including education, environment, and healthcare.
