(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 46-year-old Jeffrey Wayne Porter, of Red Oak, following a traffic stop near Boundary and Prospect Streets Monday evening. Upon further investigation, it was determined Porter had a suspended license through Iowa with 23 withdrawals in effect. Porter was taken to the Montgomery County Jail where he was held on $491.25 bond. Porter was also written a citation for Failure to Provide Financial Liability.
