(Shelby Co) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has released their arrest report for the month of April.
Tiffanie Ann Newcomb, age 37, of Kirkman, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Peach Road on April 1st. Tiffanie was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, Keeping Premises of Vehicle for Controlled Substance, and Driving while Barred.
Serafin Sanchez Ramirez, age 32, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on F32 on April 2nd. Sanchez Ramirez was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while License is Revoked, OWI 2nd and Failure To Provide Financial Liability.
Fernando Rodriguez Juarez, age 25, of Omaha, Nebraska was arrested following a traffic stop on Highway 37 on April 5th. Juarez was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Justin Clay North, age 29, of Portsmouth, was arrested following a call for service in Portsmouth on April 6th. North was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Assault.
Anton Jason Ahlhelm, age 25, of Harlan, was arrested April 7th on an active Shelby County Warrant and charged with Failure to Appear.
Drew Ashton Gagnon, age 30, of Shelby, was arrested April 8th on an active Shelby County Warrant and charged with Violation of Probation.
Ricki Frank Andersen, age 64, of Marne, was arrested after a call for service in the 2600 Block of 200th Street on April 9th. Andersen was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Obstructing Emergency Communication.
Nicole Renne Petersen, age 41, of Harlan, was arrested after a call for service in Irwin on April 9th. Petersen was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Trespassing.
Joshua Michael Haggerty, age 28, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop at 6th Street and Durant Street on April 10th. Haggerty was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while License is Revoked, and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.
Christopher Sloan Gifford, age 38, of Harlan, was arrested April 11th on an active Shelby County Warrant and charged with Violation of Probation.
Candelario Hernandez Mosqueda, age 53, of Council Bluffs, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 1100 Block of Highway 59 on April 16th. Henandez Mosqueda was transported to the Shelby County Jail and Charged with Driving while License is Suspended.
Kaitlyn Noel Mingo, age 29, of East Grand Forks, Minnesota was arrested following a traffic stop on F32 on April 19th. Mingo was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Failure Affix Drug Stamp, OWI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Keeping Vehicle for Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance, Controlled Substance Violation, Operating a Non Registered Vehicle, Open Container, and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.
As we previously reported, Robert Joseph Arkfeld, age 50, of Avoca, was arrested following a traffic stop on F66 on April 20th. Arkfeld was transported to the Shelby County Jail on active Shelby County Warrant for Homicide by Vehicle-Operating Under the Influence. Arkfeld was also charged with Person Ineligible to Carry Dangerous Weapons, Keeping Vehicle for Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Introduce Intoxicants or Drugs into Institution.
Jesse Eugene Hutton, age 33, of Harlan, was arrested after a call for service in Harlan on April 20th. Hutton was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Interference with Official Acts.
Robert Gail Christo, age 28, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on 9th Street on April 23rd. Christo was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 1st, Improper Registration Lamp, Open Container, Failure to Provide proof of Financial Liability, and No Valid Driver’s License.
Joshua Lewis Hytrek, age 26, of Irwin, was arrested following a traffic stop in Irwin om April 25th. Hytrek was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 2nd, Driving while Barred, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, and Open Container.
Pawel Antoni Baran, age 35, of Roselle, Illinois, was arrested following a traffic stop in Elk Horn on April 25th Baran was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Keeping Vehicle for Controlled Substance
Daija Suzanne Buttry, age 19, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on Highway 59 on April 26th. Buttry was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while License is suspended and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.
Erin Elizabeth Smith, age 41, of Kirkman, was arrested after a call for service in Kirkman on April 28th. Smith was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Omar Barquero Flores, age 34, of Harlan, was arrested after a call for service in Harlan on April 29th. Flores was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Public Intoxication.

Megan Nicole Gettys, age 28, of Harlan, was arrested on April 30th and charged with Violation of a No Contact Order.
Adam Tyrone Scheffler, age 30, of Harlan, was charged on April 30th with Violation of a No Contact order.
