(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 45-year-old Justin James Smith of Red Oak on Sunday on a Fremont County Warrant for Failure to Appear for Contempt Hearing. Authorities transported Smith to the Fremont County Jail and held him on a $1,000 cash bond.
