Woman Arrested on Adams County Warrant

(Red Oak) On Saturday evening around 11:11PM Officers of the Red Oak Police Department arrested 33-year-old Mildred Helenora Douglas on a valid Adams County warrant for Theft 2nd Degree. Douglas was transported to Adams County, to be booked on her charges and is being held on no bond.
