(Red Oak) Montgomery County Board of Supervisor Randy Cooper gave a “shout out” to Loren Taylor, Secondary Roads Superintendent, this (Tuesday) morning.
Cooper says they picked up freezers, grills, and tires, and the KMART Parking lot was also very involved in the cleanup.
Supervisor Chairman Mike Olson said it looked like someone remodeled a bathroom and dumped the amenities in the ditch.
In other business, the supervisors Earmarked a funding agreement for up to two million dollars for the 250th Street bridge and Iowa Department of Transportation funding to cover an additional cost over the two-million dollars.
The next Montgomery County Supervisors meeting is on Tuesday, May 2, at 8:30 a.m.
