(Creston) Creston Police arrested five people over the weekend and received a report of a stolen vehicle.
*Police arrested 35-year-old Waymond Lee Foster of Creston on Friday on a Union County Warrant for 3rd-degree Sexual Abuse, a Class C Felony. Police transported Foster to the Union County Jail and then to Adams County. Foster was later released on a $10,000 cash or surety bond.
*Creston Police arrested 27-year-old Jose Luis Carreon of Texas at the intersection of Howard and Spruce Streets. Authorities charged Carreon with a Union County Warrant for Failure to Appear on a Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charge. Officers’ transported Carreon to the Union County Jail and later released him on a $300 cash or surety bond.
*Creston Police arrested 20-year-old Andrew Fredrick Weis of Creston on Sunday at Highway 34 and Osage for OWI. Officers transported Weis to the Union County Jail and later released him on a $1,000 cash bond.
*Creston Police arrested 21-year-old Austin Zachery Bloyd of Creston at Elm and Mills Street. Officers charged Bloyd with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana, 1st Offense. Authorities transported Bloyd to the Union County Jail and later released him on a $1,000 cash bond.
*Creston Police arrested 30-year-old Ryan Palmer of Creston at his residence on Sunday. Palmer was charged with Animal at Large. Palmer was cited and released from the scene.
*Charity Joy Clear of Creston reported that between April 14, at 5:00 p.m., and April 21, at 4:35 p.m., someone stole her 2007 Black Chevy Tahoe from her residence. The loss is estimated at $7,500.
