Creston Police Report

(Creston) Creston Police arrested two people in separate incidents on Thursday.

Officers arrested 40-year-old Mark Anthony Weems Jr of Creston at 302 N. Pine Street for Fraudulent Practice, 2nd-degree x2. Authorities transported Weems to the Union County Jail and held him on a $10,000 cash bond.

Police arrested 41-year-old Jamie Neubauer of Creston at 806 Laurel Street for theft in the 4th degree. Officers cited Neubauer and released him on a Promise to Appear.
