(Atlantic) The Atlantic City Council approved a bid of one dollar from Dexter Dodson, with Atlantic High School, for 1014/1016 3rd Street Place.

The Council approved a recommendation to proceed forward.
The Council also approved the sale of real estate to Jay and Kelsi Eden following a public hearing in which there were no comments. The Council accepted the one-dollar bid from Jay and Kelsi Eden for the city-owned property at 1310 Chestnut during the March 15th City Council meeting. The agreement has been updated to allow a year for construction.
