(Iowa) Winter may be over, but the rain and snow that fell during the season is good news for Iowa’s drought conditions. State Climatologist Justin Glisan says the ground thaws in the spring.
Glisan also said the short-term climate outlook for the rest of March and into April shows a cooler and wetter than normal weather pattern.
