Iowa women oust Georgia to make Sweet 16

(Iowa City) The Iowa women’s basketball team stays alive in the NCAA Tourney with a win on Sunday. The Hawkeyes defeated Georgia 74-66.

Caitlin Clark posted 22 points and 12 assists. Monica Czinano scored 20. Gabbie Marshall went 5/8 from 3-point range to contribute 15 points and Makenna Warnock scored 14.

Iowa takes a 28-6 record into the Sweet 16.
