Iowa women are #2 seed in NCAA Tournament

(Iowa City) Iowa is hosting SE Louisiana in the first round of the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tourney on Friday.

The 26-6 Hawkeyes are seeded 2nd in the same region as top seed Stanford. SE Louisiana’s record is 21-9.

Friday’s matchup will take place at 3:00 p.m. at Carver Hawkeye Arena.
