(State) The American Rivers Conference announced postseason awards for women’s basketball on Wednesday.
On the first team for Luther is sophomore Kailey Jones. The AHSTW grad averages 12.9 points and 10.3 rebounds per game. She is shooting 50.7% from the field and 82.6% from the free-throw line for the 14-13 Norse.
Atlantic graduate Haley Rasmussen made the second team for Simpson. The sophomore is averaging 13.2 points per game. She has made 35.2% of her 3-point attempts and is 79.1% on free-throw’s. Rasmussen has aided the Storm to a 16-11 record.
