(Area) Class 3A and 4A teams will open substate play in boys basketball on Monday, February 20th. Pairings were announced Monday by the Iowa High School Athletic Association.
Atlantic and Harlan are each in Substate 8 for Class 3A. The Trojans will open up at Glenwood on Monday while the Cyclones host Lewis Central. The top half of the bracket has #1 seed (19-0) Bondurant-Farrar against Carlisle and Clarke opposing Creston.
