(Anita) The CAM School Board approved the sale of buses and bus parts at Monday’s meeting.
Schools Superintendent Paul Croghan said the district recently added eight leased buses to its fleet.
Mr. Croghan says the buses are $112,000 each brand new, and the district will be just over $170,000 annually for three years.
The Driver and the fuel are paid for out of the general fund, and the other expenses are financed through S.A.V.E. and P.P.E.L. dollars. The seven replaced buses will be advertised with Purple Wave and sold at one of its no-reserve online auctions.
