#12 Iowa State takes down #5 Kansas State, 80-76

(Ames) Iowa State bounced back from a loss on Saturday to Oklahoma State in a big way with their 80-76 victory against Kansas State on Tuesday.

Jaren Holmes had 23 points and 7 assists. He was 8/11 from the field. Gabe Kalschuer hit a clutch basket in the final minute and scored 19 points. Osun Osunniyi posted 16 points and Tamin Lipsey scored 10.

Iowa State improves to 15-4 overall and 6-2 in the conference. Kansas State is 17-3 overall and 6-2 in the Big 12.
