(Council Bluffs) A Council Bluffs woman was arrested for a Criminal Mischief incident in Council Bluffs Sunday.
The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says Deputies were dispatched to 20203 Cypress Avenue for a report of shots fired at a vehicle. It was determined that no shots were fired and criminal mischief was done to a van and garage at the residence by offenders using a bat and crow bar, causing approximately $1,050 in damage. 21-year-old Mickala Desantiago was arrested for Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree. Warrants were also applied for three other offenders; 26-year-old Tyler Doty, 28-year-old Joseph Abrams, and 19-year-old Dillon Miedl, all of Council Bluffs.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested 27-year-old Joshua Reicks, of Council Bluffs, on Saturday for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense. The arrest stems from a traffic stop at around 2:19 a.m. on Old Lincoln Highway and Northline Drive where Riecks was observed traveling on the wrong side of a two-lane highway.
Jennifer Mericle, 30, of Avoca, was arrested early Sunday morning after Deputies were called for a missing person report in Avoca. Mericle was later located and charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
Connor Peck, 24, of Council Bluffs, was arrested early Sunday morning following a traffic stop near Harry Langdon and Highway 92 for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
Jim Metzger, 46, of Crescent, was arrested Saturday for Driving While Barred.
David Dunsdon, 50, of Council Bluffs, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for Fraudulent Practice 1st Degree.
