(Massena) The Massena Chamber of Commerce 4th Annual Christmas Lighted Parade is Saturday, November 26, starting at 5:30 p.m.
“The community involvement has increased the event every year,” said Chamber Member Doug Venteicher. “Everyone is excited about it.”
Santa Claus will meet with children at the library from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Doug Venteicher of the Chamber says the lineup for the parade is on 6th Street north of the school. After the parade, Santa will return to the Library to meet with the children. “The float decorations have been outstanding the last several years,” said Venteicher. “We will try something new this year, a $50.00 prize to the best float and fireworks after the parade.”
A free-will donation meal will be held at the Legion Hall, along with a quilt raffle and crafts for the children.
