Kelsey Beschorner, Atlantic Chamber of Commerce Program Director, says the doors opened at 9:00 a.m., and by 9:40 a.m., the cash was gone. Local shoppers could purchase packs of $100 for $80.00, with a maximum of three packs, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
