(Harlan) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports several arrests.
23-year-old Alberto Diaz, of Omaha, was arrested on a warrant for Failure to Appear.
25-year-old Brandon William Henderson, of Harlan, faces charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, No Valid Driver’s License, Prohibited Acts, Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia, Eluding, Speeding, and Failure to Obey Stop Sign and Yield Right of Way.
27-year-old Megan Nicole Gettys, of Harlan, was arrested on an active warrant for Violation of a No Contact Order.
23-year-oled Jacob Jon Keller, of Ida Grove, was arrested on a warrant for Violation of Probation.
35-year-old Joey Lee Ranny, Jr., of Harlan, was charged with Violating One Way Traffic Designation.
Charges for 36-year-old Zachary Thomas Scheffler, of Harlan, and 31-year-old Kaleigh Marie Turner, of Harlan, include Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana 3rd or Subsequent Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
31-year-oldMichael John Tremayne, of Harlan, was arrested for Driving while License Denied or Revoked, Operate without Interlock, and Speeding.
25-year-old Andrew Allen Malloy, of Audubon, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
22-year-old Skyanne Michelle Christensen faces the following charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, and Improper Registration Plate Lamp.
A traffic stop on Highway 59 resulted in charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance, Failure to Use Seat Belt, and Operating a Non-Registered Vehicle for 42-year-old Jonathan Ryan Davis, of Ute.
33-year old Jonathan Anthony Montoya, of Greenfield, was charged with Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Canceled, or Revoked and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.
