(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 30-year-old Gregory Edward Nail and 42-year-old Penny Marie Griggs, both of Red Oak, on Friday for Theft 5th. Nail and Griggs were transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $300 bond each.
