(Missouri Valley) Landon Bendgen’s individual title led the Woodbine boys to a team championship at Missouri Valley on Saturday. Logan-Magnolia finished atop the girls team scoring, led by individual winner Allysen Johnsen.
Riverside and AHSTW each put two individual in the top ten of the girls race. For the Lady Dawgs Carly Henderson ran 2nd and Bailey Richardson was 6th. Ava Paulsen placed 8th for the Lady Vikes, followed by Rylie Knop in 9th. Griswold had one runner in the field with Josephine Millikan running 37th.
Local boys notables included Riverside putting four in the top fifteen with Mason McCready 5th, Brody Henderson 9th, Eric Duhachek 13th, and Dawson Henderson 15th. AHSTW was led by Caleb Hatch in 12th. The first Griswold boys runners to cross were Nollan Smith and Holden Jensen at 26th and 27th, respectively.
