(Creston) A Creston woman faces alcohol-related and assault charges.
Creston Police arrested 37-year-old Samantha Hays at the Lobby on Tuesday. Officers transported Hays to the Adams County Jail on charges of Public Intoxication and Domestic Abuse Assault. Authorities held Hays on no bond until a Magistrate Judge could see her.
