(Clarinda) The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old Joshua Jay Martin, of Clarinda, on Monday on a Page County Warrant for Consumption of Alcohol in public place – 1st Offense and Disorderly Conduct. Martin was arrested at the Page County Courthouse. Martin was transported to the Page County Jail where he is being held on $1,000 cash only bond pending further court appearances.
A charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
