(Glenwood) Atlantic travels to Glenwood tonight for a Class 3A Substate 8 quarterfinal. The Rams are (17-9), and the Trojans enter post-season play at (9-17).
Atlantic Head Coach Joe Brummer says that everything is magnified at this point in the season.
Brummer says it’s the time when every team must be at the top of their game to move on.
Atlantic is hitting .258 as a team. Wyatt Redinbaugh leads the Trojan at the plate, batting .347, and Jackson McLaren is hitting .329.
Glenwood is hitting .359. Kayden Andersen is hitting .494, and Trent Patton is batting .488.
Elsewhere in Substate 8, Lewis Central hosts Clarke, and Creston matches up against Denison-Schleswig at Creston. Harlan hosts Carroll, and the winner plays the winner of the Atlantic versus Glenwood game on Monday.
