(Creston) A Council Bluffs man faces drug possession and other charges.
Creston Police arrested 23-year-old Devion Alan Geesey of Council Bluffs early this morning at Sycamore and Montgomery Streets. Police transported Geesey to the Union County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana 1st offense, Interference with Official Acts, and False Reports on a 911 call. Authorities held him on a $1,600 cash bond.
*On July 2, Creston Police arrested 39-year-old Angel Valdovinos Rodriguez of Creston on assault charges. Officers transported Rodriquez to the Union County Jail and released him on bond.
*On July 2, Melissa Kaye Clymer of 702 Iriving Street told authorities that vandals caused $200 damage to her yard.
*On July 5, Cheryl Phillipe of Creston told Police that vandals had caused $250 damage to her yard. The alleged perpetrators smashed a bird bath and stole two gazing balls and solar lights.
