(Glenwood) The Glenwood Police Department arrested Rebecca Leeper, 43, of Glenwood, today (Tuesday) on a Mills County warrant for Fraudulent Practice 2nd Degree and Ongoing Criminal Conduct. Total bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
Amanda Elrod, 33, of Glenwood, was arrested Monday for Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
Jeffrey Neppl, 34, of Glenwood, was arrested Monday for Public Intoxication. Bond was set at $300 cash or surety.
