(Red Oak) This morning, the Montgomery County Board of Supervisors approved a $20.00 inspection fee for off-highway vehicles. Montgomery County Sheriff Jon Spunaugle says the fee is in response to a new law allowing ATVs and UTVs to operate on county and state highways.
Sheriff Spunaugle says the $20.00 inspection charge also affects the inspection of motorcycles, campers, trailers, boats, and jet skis.
